Today is a travel day with a few unexpected adventures and benefits. Lots of eating!
Hummus lunch in Nashville. Traveling between airport terminals is generally not exciting, but how much more interesting with art installations like this connector between O’Hare’s terminals B and C, traveling below the airplane taxi way.With our ticket class, we had access to this Polaris lounge at O’Hare, complete with a buffet, dining room, lounge, and helpful agents. What a great way to spend our lengthy stay! Snacks and dinner provided.Heather and Gail were our heroines, rebooking our flights when the incoming flight was delayed causing our flight to be so late that we would miss our connection. They got us to Bologna only about 5 hours late with all our bags safely transferred.
