We just had time for a quick dinner in Baltimore before our next flight.
Unfortunately, thunder storms were moving in to the area so that created delays. There was confusion and miscommunication among the airline staff so we ended up deplaning and reboarding, but we finally got off after about 90 minutes. It was after midnight when we finally got to our hotel.

Hmmmm. Sounds like a challenging flight to Miami. Now your next challenge will be your next flight to Dublin and taking off with the hurricane off the coast from Miami. Should be a “rocking” fun flight! I like your pictures of eating out. That would be a highlight of the trip for Wendy and me not having to cook any meals for 3 months! Looks like a great trip so far. It may be a challenging flight tomorrow with the hurricane but at least we first fly to Washington Dulles and then head to Dublin.
The crab cake in Baltimore was wonderful. Richard had fish and chips, one of your favorites, I believe.
Yum, yum, yes, fish and chips! One thing I always looked forward to especially in England, Wales. You itinerary looks like you have a great mixture of places you are spending time in besides the walking adventures. Should be a wonderful time in Europe!
Wishing you safe and smooth travels as you cross the pond on your way to new adventures!
Thank you, Mary, and thank you for the dinner suggestion!

Yes, I as craving the crab cake and of course, I needed something to quench my thirst!
